Aikido Security runs a public startup discount on its paid application security plans, which combine SAST, SCA, secrets detection, container and cloud scanning in one product. The vendor states discounts of "up to 30%", so 30% is a ceiling and not a fixed rate, and Aikido sets the actual percentage per applicant after reviewing the form. Eligibility is under $1.5M raised with a team under 10, and all nonprofits qualify regardless of size. Aikido's pricing page and its startups page word the eligibility slightly differently, so it is worth applying if you meet the funding test even if you are slightly over on headcount.

How to apply
5 steps- Confirm you qualify: under $1.5M raised and fewer than 10 team members, or a registered nonprofit.
- Go to https://www.aikido.dev/industries/aikido-for-startups and find the Startup Discount form. The same form also opens from the Apply Now button in the For Startups block at https://www.aikido.dev/pricing#startup-discount.
- Submit the form with your company details and funding raised. The page confirms with "We will get back to you as soon as possible", so this is a manual review, not an instant code.
- Wait for Aikido to reply with the percentage they approve. It is set per applicant and can come back lower than 30%, so confirm the exact number before you commit.
- Apply the approved discount to a paid plan: Basic at $300/month, Pro at $600/month, or Advanced at $600/month. The free Developer plan is already $0 for 2 users and 10 repos, so the discount is only worth applying for if you are moving to a paid tier.
