Scale lists at $199 per month, so the discount is worth about $59.70 per month, roughly $358 across the 6-month term Apify requires, or about $716 if the optional extension to 12 months is granted. Eligibility is reviewed by hand: a SaaS company or another venture where Apify data is a critical part of the product, under USD 5 million raised up to and including Series A, a project that is already live and operational, and an official company email address. The discount covers your own Actors, official Apify Actors, and community Actors that are free or have a fixed monthly fee, but not pay-per-result or pay-per-event community Actors, and it cannot be used for lead generation or other sales activity.

How to apply
5 steps- Sign up for Apify at apify.com using your official company email address. Applications sent from Gmail, Yahoo or another free email provider are declined automatically.
- Confirm you meet all four rules before applying: your startup has raised under USD 5 million in total funding up to and including Series A, the project that will use Apify is already live and operational, you are a SaaS company or a venture where Apify data is a critical part of your product, and you have an active Apify account.
- Go to https://apify.com/resources/startups and fill out the form at the bottom of the page. It asks for first name, last name, your Apify username, company email, company name, company website, job title and industry.
- Describe the project and how Apify data fits into your product. Apify states it reserves the right to verify that your actual platform usage matches the description you gave.
- Wait for a decision. Apify says it typically replies within 2 weeks and replies to all applicants. If approved, subscribe to the Scale plan and keep it active for the full 6 months; you can request an extension to 12 months up to 1 month before the discount expires.
