Cerebras offers a deal to Y Combinator companies on Cerebras Cloud, its LLM inference platform. The vendor FAQ states participants receive three months of Tier 1 access to a set of open models, and that the list price of those subscriptions over three months comes to $22.5k. This is rate-limited subscription access, not a $22,500 balance of spendable credits, so the headline figure is a valuation rather than a wallet. YC companies from any batch are eligible, and Cerebras states there are no setup fees. The deal also includes support over a shared Slack channel with the Cerebras team.

How to apply
5 steps- Confirm your company is Y Combinator backed. Cerebras states any batch qualifies, and there is no published route into this deal for non-YC startups.
- Open https://www.cerebras.ai/yc-startup-deal and read the FAQ entry 'What exactly do I receive?' for the current model list and the three month term.
- Click Apply Now, which opens a HubSpot form, and submit your company details and YC batch.
- Ask Cerebras to confirm in writing which models and rate limits apply today. The page was last updated in July 2025 and names 2025-era models, and Cerebras states the model list is subject to change.
- After acceptance, join the shared Slack channel Cerebras provides, and measure your real per-token cost before moving production traffic over.
