Chargebee Billing is free until you have invoiced your first $1,000,000 in cumulative revenue through the platform. Cumulative billing is the running total you have invoiced customers through Chargebee over time, not your ARR or MRR at any point, so the clock only moves when you bill. The offer includes free data migration and 24/7 email support, and works on top of 40+ payment gateways including Stripe. After you cross $1M you move to a pay-as-you-go plan with no annual commitment, and Chargebee notifies you before you hit the threshold.

How to apply
5 steps- Go to https://www.chargebee.com/startups/ and open the application form on that page.
- Confirm you meet all three conditions: you are a new Chargebee customer not on a paid plan, you are in a partner accelerator or VC portfolio network, and you have raised under $5,000,000.
- Fill in the form with your company details and select your funding band. If you have raised over $5M, select the $5M+ option instead and the team will discuss a custom offer.
- Wait for the Chargebee team to review and contact you, which the page states takes 2-3 business days.
