Its Qualified Portfolio Partner Program gives free time on paid plans to startups backed by one of roughly 34 named VC firms and accelerators, including Y Combinator, a16z speedrun, TinySeed, Susa Ventures, Underscore VC and Village Global. The standard deal, stated inside the redemption form itself, is 1 year free of the Business plan for companies with fewer than 10 full-time employees, 3 months free for companies with more than 10, plus 25 percent off in perpetuity after the free period. The widely quoted "up to 2 years free" applies only to Y Combinator companies in the 3 most recent batches, who must mark the deal in Bookface first; the numeric value shown here is the conservative floor of 2 seats at Fathom's listed $25/user/month annual Business rate for 12 months, and it scales with headcount.

How to apply
5 steps- Create a free Fathom account at fathom.video/users/sign_up using your company email address. The redemption form asks you to do this first and will not activate a deal without it.
- Open https://fathomvideo.typeform.com/to/tLb1WMVu and pick your VC or accelerator from the dropdown. The form then displays the exact terms attached to that specific firm, which differ by partner.
- If you are a Y Combinator company, open bookface.ycombinator.com/deals/2058 and mark yourself as using the deal before continuing. This step is required for the 2 year Business plan term and only covers the 3 most recent batches.
- Enter your name, the email address on your Fathom account, and your full-time employee count. Fewer than 10 employees maps to 1 year free of Business, more than 10 maps to 3 months free.
- Submit the form and wait for Fathom to activate the deal on your existing account. If your investor is not in the dropdown, send them https://fathomvideo.typeform.com/to/R5GZWigh or email [email protected].
