Eligibility & conditions
Fivetran gives $50,000 in free usage on its Standard plan, to be used over 12 months, to companies enrolled in a Y Combinator batch. The program also includes access to Fivetran's technical support team plus setup guides and live workshops. Eligibility is restricted to three conditions stated on the page: enrolled in any Y Combinator batch, 50 or fewer employees, and not a current or former Fivetran customer. Startups outside YC cannot qualify, and the only date anywhere on the program page is a 2025 copyright notice, so confirm the offer still stands before planning around it.

How to apply
5 steps- Confirm you meet all three stated requirements: enrolled in any Y Combinator batch, 50 or fewer employees, and not a current or former Fivetran customer. If you are not in a YC batch, you will not pass verification.
- Go to https://www.fivetran.com/pricing/startups and click "Register now", which scrolls to the registration form at the bottom of the page.
- Submit your contact details in that form.
- Wait up to 2 business days while Fivetran verifies your eligibility.
- If eligible, use the emailed link to join the program and create your account, then take the onboarding session Fivetran's team arranges.
