Microsoft for Startups gives Azure credits that Microsoft says cover Foundry models sold directly by Azure, and that list includes xAI's Grok models such as grok-4.7, grok-4.6 and grok-4.3. You get $200 after verifying with a personal LinkedIn account at signup, $5,000 after business verification, and up to $150,000 once you run 10 or more Azure workloads with about $3,000 a month of usage for roughly 60 days, while an investor referral code may qualify you for higher-tier benefits. It is for pre-seed to Series B B2B startups using a personal Microsoft account that has never had Azure, a payment card is required, and the subscription turns into pay-as-you-go when the credits run out or expire. The catch for Grok is that model quota is separate from credits: Microsoft lists 0 tokens per minute for grok-4.7 on its Free Tier, and a new subscription may start there, so you might need to request quota first.
