groundcover is an eBPF-based observability platform covering logs, metrics, traces and profiling, deployed without code changes across EKS, EC2 and Lambda. The AWS Activate offer is 25% off the first year of a groundcover subscription purchased through AWS Marketplace. List pricing is $30 per host per month for Pro and $35 for Enterprise, so the discount scales with host count rather than data volume, which is the pitch against per-gigabyte tools. The offer exists only inside AWS Activate; groundcover's own site and pricing page do not mention it anywhere.

How to apply
5 steps- Create an AWS account and join AWS Activate at https://aws.amazon.com/activate/. The Activate Founders tier is self-serve and needs no accelerator or VC referral.
- Wait for your Activate credits to be issued. The groundcover offer is visible to every credit band including the $1 to $1,000 band, so any approved Activate member qualifies on credit amount.
- Sign in at https://startups.aws.com/offers with that same AWS account, then open https://startups.aws.com/offers/groundcover-inc. Without signing in this URL bounces to an AWS login page.
- Submit the Easy Apply form on the offer page. groundcover then contacts you to size the subscription by host count.
- Accept the resulting private offer in AWS Marketplace. The 25% discount applies to the first year of that subscription.
