Eligibility & conditions
HeyGen runs a selective Ambassador Program for entrepreneurs, marketers, educators and creators who host AI video workshops or meetups, lead communities or make showcase content with HeyGen. Accepted ambassadors get 5,000 HeyGen credits, plus an Ambassador badge, a private community, chances to be featured and reimbursement of approved event costs. The credits only work on a paid plan: HeyGen can offer ambassadors on the Free plan a complimentary 6-month Creator plan, after which a paid plan is needed (Creator is $29 a month), and HeyGen's credit rules say unused credits do not roll over if you cancel and move to Free. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis within about 4 to 6 weeks, and the program runs for one year with optional renewal.

How to apply
6 steps- Open the HeyGen Ambassador Program page and check that the program fits what you do
- Click Apply now and complete the application form, which takes 7 minutes or more
- In your answers, show the workshops, meetups, community or content you run or plan to run with HeyGen, since that is what ambassadors are asked to do
- Wait for HeyGen's reply, which usually arrives within 4 to 6 weeks
- If you are accepted, activate the 5,000 credits on a paid plan, or ask for the complimentary 6-month Creator plan if you are on Free, as the Ambassador Program FAQ explains
- Plan to use the credits before any trial ends, because HeyGen does not roll unused credits over when an account cancels its paid plan and moves to Free
