Eligibility & conditions
Huawei Cloud runs a rolling startup program that issues a cash credit voucher of at least USD 5,000 once an application is approved, with a route to apply for up to USD 150,000. Eligibility is stated on the program page as companies established less than 5 years ago that are not publicly listed and are less than 50% owned by a listed company. Applications are self-serve through the Huawei Cloud startup center, reviewed by Huawei, with the result returned by email. The program page states no geographic restriction, but signing up requires a Huawei Cloud international account with enterprise real-name verification, so a registered legal entity is mandatory.

How to apply
5 steps- Register a Huawei Cloud international account and complete enterprise real-name verification. A registered company is required, personal accounts are not eligible.
- Open https://startup.huaweicloud.com/intl/center and follow the prompts to apply for Startup Program membership.
- Upload the requested company documents, including proof that the company is under 5 years old and not majority owned by a listed company, then submit the application.
- Wait for the qualification review. Huawei returns the decision by email.
- On approval the cash credit voucher is issued at a minimum of USD 5,000. Higher amounts up to USD 150,000 are a separate application, not automatic.
