Hume AI's Startup Program gives approved companies a complimentary subscription plan that includes 40,000,000 platform credits, where one credit equals one voice-generation character. The credits run for 12 months from the approval date and expire unused, after which the account moves to Hume's standard Free plan. Eligibility is companies with fewer than 25 employees at the time of application, and there is no funding requirement, since None is a valid answer on the investor question. Hume reviews applications on a rolling basis, aims to respond within one week, and may use the recipient's name and logo for promotion.

How to apply
5 steps- Create a Hume AI account first at platform.hume.ai. The form requires a Hume AI Account Email as a separate required field from your business email.
- Open https://www.hume.ai/startup-program and complete step one: First Name, Last Name, Job Title, LinkedIn URL, Applicant Business Email, Hume AI Account Email, Company Name, Company Website and full company address.
- On step two, describe how your product uses Hume AI, answer whether the product has launched, pick a Company Size band (under 5, 5-15, 15-25 or 25+), describe your team, and select your investor or partner program from the list, choosing None if you have no investor.
- Read the Program Terms on step three and tick the agreement checkbox to submit. Note the terms bind you to the 12-month credit window and to Hume using your name and logo.
