Murf runs a one-time startup program that adds $1,500 of Murf API credits to your account for a 3-month period. The credits cover character processing for text-to-speech through the Murf API. After the $1,500 or the 3 months run out, usage bills at $0.03 per 1,000 characters on a Pay-As-You-Go plan. Eligibility is broad: incorporated under 10 years ago, fewer than 100 employees, a working company website, and a stated Murf API use case; startups that resell the API are excluded, and you cannot apply a second time.

How to apply
5 steps- Confirm you qualify: incorporated less than 10 years ago, fewer than 100 employees, a live company website, and a real use case for the Murf API.
- Open https://share.hsforms.com/13Bp4HUlNTiiphvSEDGFivwei50v and fill in the application form. Use a company email address, because the form rejects Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, QQ and other free domains at validation.
- Describe your Murf API use case in the form. Do not apply if you intend to resell the API, which the program excludes.
- Wait for review. Murf states you will be notified of your application status within 1 to 2 days of submission.
- On approval, the credit plan is activated and $1,500 in credits is added to your Murf account. Watch your usage, since overage is charged at $0.03 per 1,000 characters and the program is one-time with no reapplication.
