Eligibility & conditions
Pulumi for Startups gives early-stage teams up to $10,000 in Pulumi credits, applied to the bill over up to 12 months. The program also includes office hours and workshops with the Pulumi team. Pulumi is an infrastructure-as-code platform for defining cloud resources in TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, Go, .NET, Java or YAML across AWS, Azure, Google Cloud and Kubernetes. The amount is set by Pulumi per applicant, so $10,000 is a ceiling rather than a guaranteed grant.

How to apply
5 steps- Open https://www.pulumi.com/pulumi-for-startups/ and check you are pre-Series A with less than $1 million in annual revenue. These are the only two criteria Pulumi publishes.
- Click 'Apply to join'. It scrolls to the 'Apply for the startup program' section at the bottom of the same page.
- Click 'Contact us' in that section. It opens https://www.pulumi.com/contact/, Pulumi's general 'Talk to an expert' form. There is no separate startup application form, so this is the correct route.
- In the message field, write that you are applying to Pulumi for Startups, and give your funding stage, annual revenue, team size and which clouds you deploy to. Nothing on the form identifies you as a startup applicant unless you say so.
- Create a free Pulumi Cloud account at https://app.pulumi.com so the credits can be applied to your organization once Pulumi replies.
