Rootly is an incident management and on-call platform with an AI SRE product, run from Slack or Microsoft Teams. Its startup program gives up to 50% off to companies with fewer than 100 employees, under $50M raised, and less than 5 years in business. Companies under 25 employees, including Y Combinator startups, can instead ask for a pay-what-you-can price. Rootly lists Essentials at $20 per user per month, so 50% off is $10 per user per month; the vendor publishes no dollar cap on the discount, which is why the numeric value is 0.

How to apply
5 steps- Open https://rootly.com/startups and check your company against the stated limits: under 100 employees, under $50M raised, under 5 years in business.
- Click "Apply now". It opens Rootly's demo form at https://rootly.com/demo.
- Enter first name, last name, work email and product interest (On-Call, Incident Response or AI SRE), then submit the form.
- On the call, ask for the startup discount and give your headcount, total raised and company age. If you are under 25 employees, ask for the pay-what-you-can price instead of the percentage discount.
- If you bank with Mercury, also open https://mercury.com/perks/rootly while signed in. The same up to 50% off is listed there for new customers only, and the redemption steps appear once you are logged in.
