RunPod runs a two-tier Startup Program for AI startups using its GPU cloud. The Starter Tier gives $1,000 in credits with no deposit and no commitment, aimed at pre-Series A startups with a working product. The Growth Tier adds $25,000 in bonus credits when you deposit $50,000 upfront, for $75,000 total under a 12-month agreement, aimed at Seed to Series B+ startups already spending $5,000 to $25,000 a month on GPUs. Credits work across Pods, Serverless, Clusters and Storage, and the bonus is one-time with no reload.

How to apply
5 steps- Open https://www.runpod.io/startup-program and click "Apply now". The form opens as a modal on the same page, there is no separate application URL.
- Fill in your company, funding stage and investors, your current or planned monthly GPU spend, and your workload type (production inference, training, fine-tuning).
- Pick the tier you want: Starter for $1,000 in credits with no deposit, or Growth for $25,000 bonus credits on a $50,000 deposit under a 12-month agreement.
- Submit and wait for RunPod to review. The program is selective and reviewed case by case. Growth Tier includes a 30-minute technical onboarding call, and Growth credits load alongside your deposit.
- If you already have a RunPod account, do not use this form. Existing customers are handled case by case through the account manager or the sales email listed on the page.
