Scaleway is a French cloud provider with a three-tier startup program: Founders gives up to €1,000 in credits over 12 months, Early Stage gives €1,500 per month for 6 months (€9,000 total), and Growth Stage gives €3,000 per month for 12 months (€36,000 total). The stated eligibility is three checks only: less than 5 years old, less than 50 employees, and not yet a Scaleway client, with no funding requirement listed. The two upper tiers are stage-gated (pre-seed to seed for Early Stage, seed to Series A for Growth Stage) and the FAQ attaches monthly consumption thresholds to them, so most first-time applicants enter at the Founders tier. How to apply
5 steps- Open https://www.scaleway.com/en/startup-program/ and scroll to the section headed "Startup Program: One form for all your applications".
- Check the three criteria first: company under 5 years old, under 50 employees, and no existing Scaleway customer account.
- Fill in the single application form on that page. The same form covers Founders, Early Stage and Growth Stage, so you do not pick a tier yourself.
- Wait for the admission committee, which reviews applications every week. Write to [email protected] to ask about status or which tier applies to you.
- If accepted, the credits are activated and the clock starts: 6 months for Early Stage, 12 months for Founders and Growth Stage.
