Eligibility & conditions
Stripe Atlas incorporates a US company and AWS Activate members pay $350 instead of the standard $500, a 30% discount worth $150. The fee covers Delaware incorporation with next-day expedited processing, all state filing fees, the company tax ID, founder equity issuance, automatic 83(b) tax election filing, and the first year of registered agent service. Stripe's own page lists $2,500 in Stripe product credits for the first year plus over $50,000 in third-party partner discounts for Atlas companies. Registered agent service auto-renews at $100 per year after year one.

How to apply
5 steps- Apply to AWS Activate Founders at https://aws.amazon.com/startups/credits. Requirements are pre-Series B, founded in the last 10 years, and an AWS account on a paid support plan. AWS reviews applications in 5 to 10 business days.
- Once approved, sign in to your AWS account and open https://startups.aws.com/offers/atlas. If you are not signed in the link bounces you to the AWS login page first.
- Click through to Stripe Atlas from that AWS page. Do not start at stripe.com/atlas directly, the $350 rate only applies through the AWS Activate partner link.
- Complete the Atlas application: company name, entity type (Delaware C corp or LLC), founders, and equity split. Check that checkout totals $350 and not $500 before you pay.
- After filing, confirm Atlas has submitted your 83(b) election and issued your EIN. Note the $100 per year registered agent renewal that starts in year two.
