Eligibility & conditions
Svix is webhooks-as-a-service, covering webhook sending, receiving, retries and a customer-facing webhook UI, so you do not build and maintain that infrastructure in-house. The startup program gives $12,000 in Svix credits valid for 12 months, stated on the page as $1,000 per month rather than a single $12,000 balance, plus concierge onboarding from the Svix team. Eligibility is mechanical: incorporated within the last 3 years and no more than $7M raised in total funding. This is separate from the standard free tier, which is $0 and capped at 50k messages per month.

How to apply
5 steps- Check the two eligibility rules before anything else: your company must be incorporated within the last 3 years and must have raised no more than $7M in total funding. Both are asked on the form, so there is no point applying if you miss either.
- Go to https://www.svix.com/startups/ and click "Redeem offer". It opens the Svix Startup Program form at https://form.jotform.com/243116844210144.
- Fill in name, company name, work email, total funding raised in $mm, and company founding date. Use an email on your company domain, since the funding and founding date answers are checked against the company.
- Submit the form and wait for Svix to reply. Approved startups also get concierge onboarding, so expect a scheduling or setup email rather than an instant coupon code.
- If you do not already have an account, sign up at https://dashboard.svix.com/signup so the credits can be applied to it.
