Eligibility & conditions
Telnyx gives early-stage voice AI companies $20,000 in platform credits, 3 months of engineering support and a dedicated Slack channel. Credits cover voice AI agents, inference APIs (STT, TTS, LLM), embeddings and cloud storage, and only for open-source models running on Telnyx infrastructure. They do not cover general call control or other non-AI services, and external LLM providers you connect through the Inference API are not paid for by the credits. Credits expire 6 months after approval and unused balance does not roll over.

How to apply
5 steps- Open https://telnyx.com/startups-program and click Join Startups Program or UNLOCK CREDITS. Both scroll to the application form further down the same page.
- Fill in the form with your company email, product details, funding raised and launch timeline. Use a company domain address, not a personal one.
- Wait for review. Telnyx says it evaluates applications on a rolling basis within 48 hours and emails you directly if it needs more information.
- If approved, accept the invite and take the kickoff meeting with the Telnyx team. The $20,000 is added to your account after that meeting, not at approval.
- Spend the credits within 6 months and join the dedicated Slack channel to use the 3 months of engineering support. Unused credits do not roll over.
