Eligibility & conditions
Together AI Startup Accelerator gives selected AI startups free platform credits plus forward-deployed engineering time. Credits cover serverless inference, dedicated endpoints, fine-tuning and instant clusters, which is the route to open models such as Llama, DeepSeek, Qwen and Kimi. The amount is tiered by funding raised: up to $15K and 3 engineering hours for startups that have raised under $5M, up to $30K and 6 hours for $5M to $10M, and up to $50K and 10 hours above $10M. Credits do not apply to Reserved GPU Clusters, and every application is reviewed by the Together AI team before any amount is granted.

How to apply
5 steps- Work out your tier before you write anything: Build if you have raised under $5M, Scale if you have raised $5M to $10M, Grow if you have raised over $10M. The tier sets your credit ceiling and your engineering hours.
- Open https://www.together.ai/startup-accelerator and scroll to the section headed "Submit your application".
- Fill in the embedded form with your company details, the amount you have raised, and what you plan to build on Together AI. Name the models and the workload, since the team reviews each application by hand.
- Submit and wait for the Together AI team to contact you. There is no instant approval and no self-serve path, so do not expect credits to appear in an account on their own.
- If accepted, create or use a Together AI account and the credits are applied there. Plan the spend around serverless inference, dedicated endpoints, fine-tuning and instant clusters, because Reserved GPU Clusters are excluded.
